“I was sceptical of the price and idea at first but they were so WONDERFUL! They were helpful and talked me through my plan in simple terms to get the final product I have been trying to make. I don't want to put up a picture until the book is gifted, but I will return to use the service again. Thank you for bringing a very special birthday idea into reality which such ease and care! I love it!!”

Common questions
Before you start your book.
How long does printing and shipping take?+
Most orders arrive in 2–3 weeks. A preview is normally ready in 2–3 business days after we receive your files, and printing takes 5–7 business days after approval. File preparation, revisions and delivery location can extend that estimate. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
What file types do you accept?+
A PDF at your chosen book size is best for preserving a finished layout. We also accept Word files. Contact us if you have scans, photographs or another format.
Do I need to format my book before sending?+
Preparing your existing layout for printing is included. Arranging text and photographs, changing the layout or designing a cover are paid services. Send us what you have and we’ll explain what is needed.
What happens during the preview?+
You review the cover and every page before approving printing. Preview rounds are included; content or layout changes are paid work.
What's the difference between Etsy and ordering direct?+
The same team handles both. Direct checkout currently accepts US and Canadian addresses. You can also order through our Etsy shop. For other destinations, contact us to check availability before ordering.
